‘Cheating isn’t a mistake… it’s a choice’: Sam Thompson’s girlfriend Talitha Balinska sensationally claims her ex tried to influence and intimidate her after she spoke out about infidelity… as the model reveals shocking messages and says she refused to be silenced… - suong
In a development that has sent shockwaves through the online community, model Talitha Balinska, current girlfriend of reality TV star Sam Thompson, stirred up media channels after an interview on the latest episode of the popular podcast
When asked for her definition of loyalty, Balinska made a strong, uncompromising statement: "Cheating is not a mistake; it’s a conscious choice. And those who choose that path are often more afraid of judgment than they are remorseful of their actions."
Just hours after the podcast was released, Talitha disclosed that she was immediately met with a barrage of texts and harassing calls from a former boyfriend (whose identity is withheld, but the online community is actively searching for), who she believes felt "personally attacked."

Talitha Balinska alleges that this ex-boyfriend utilized several psychological tactics to make her retract her comments. Most notably, the individual resorted to gaslighting, repeatedly denying responsibility and attempting to shift the blame back onto Talitha.
"He told me I was being overly dramatic, that I was 'blowing things out of proportion' just to get attention," Talitha recalled with an emotional voice. "He even asked if I was intentionally trying to sabotage his career, which genuinely made me start to question whether I was in the wrong, even though I was just expressing a personal opinion."
The situation reached its peak when Balinska made public a terrifying text exchange, in which her ex-boyfriend brazenly threatened to expose sensitive information about her private life if she didn't remove the comment and issue a public apology.

Reacting to the incident, Sam Thompson quickly offered his unconditional support for his new girlfriend. Thompson, who has been through his own public relationship dramas, fully understands the pressure Talitha is facing.
In an affectionate Instagram post, Sam wrote: "Talitha Balinska spoke the truth that millions are thinking. The fact that she was threatened and coerced into silence simply for speaking her mind is a despicable act by someone afraid to confront their own past. I promise that from now on, she will never have to endure manipulation or threats for voicing her opinion again."
This public defense not only strengthened their relationship but also received immense support from fans. The community rapidly created the hashtag #StandWithTalitha to condemn the controlling behavior.
Dr. Eleanor Vance, a psychologist specializing in toxic relationships, commented on the incident.
"Balinska's case is a classic example of post-breakup psychological abuse," Dr. Vance analyzed. "The ex-partner is attempting to maintain control over her, using fear and shame as tools. This threatening behavior is not about infidelity at all; it is entirely about power. Talitha speaking out not only protects herself but also serves as an inspiration for other victims of manipulation."
This incident once again raises the alarm about the boundaries between the private and public lives of celebrities, while simultaneously emphasizing the critical need to combat manipulation and controlling behaviors in relationships.
‘He genuinely doesn’t have any mates…’: Roman Kemp hits back at fan fears over I’m A Celeb star Martin, 64 — revealing his dad has only his wife and kids as his ‘friends’… and insisting the Spandau Ballet legend is actually ‘REALLY loving’ life in the jungle… - suong

ROMAN Kemp has revealed how his I’m A Celeb campmate dad Martin “doesn’t have any friends”, as he hits back at fan fears over the star.
It comes after some viewers showed concern for Spandau Ballet star Martin, 64, during his time in the jungle.
Now, the star’s son Roman, who appeared on I’m A Celeb back in 2019, has jumped to his famous father’s defence.
During his time in the jungle, Martin has admitted he finds it “harder to make friends” as he has “got older”.
There has been some concern that the singer hasn’t “bonded” as much with the other campmates, and has appeared less on screen.
However, Roman has defended his father and explained more on his dad’s “friends” situation.
Taking to Instagram, the devoted son said: “Some have said my dad’s not having a nice
“He is REALLY loving it. I said this last night but I think a few of you think I’m just bantering but something I have noticed is my dad keeps saying
‘my new friends’.
“He genuinely doesn’t have mates outside of my mum, Harley and me so he means it, he’ll really be chuffed. Again not being mean, that’s the truth.”
Throughout this year’s series, Martin has commanded a lot less screen time than other campmates, and it’s not gone unnoticed.
Roman previously poked fun at his dad’s time in the jungle on social media, after his dad took part in a live trial last week.
Posting footage of the scenes, he wrote on X: “This just about sums up my dads time in #ImACeleb”.
The short clip showed other stars reacting in disgust as the grim details of last night’s rivals challenge were revealed.
But as each campmate appeared grossed out by the trial, Martin appeared mesmerised and giddy as he was seen beaming in the same shot.
The short video had fans in hysterics, with many responding to Roman’s jokey post.
One replied: “That’s fahe’s just like the happiest, nicest man. Love him!”
Another responded: “He’s just having a blast every day”.
But while the footage got laughs from a bunch of fans, at the time others questioned whether the star is even still in the series.
One wrote: “Is he in the Jungle? Have hardly seen him almost two weeks”.
Another chimed: “We haven’t seen enough of him in screen. Bet he’s loving it”.
While one viewer said: “Wish he would get more screen time. Haven’t seen tonight’s episode. Will watch it tomorrow. Have just voted for him 5 times”.
I’m a Celebrity continues tonight at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
