Big Brother Fans Furious Over New Lineup Featuring THREE Influencers: ‘They Have More Followers Than the Celebrities!’ trucc
Big Brother viewers were left furious as three influencers were announced in the show's lineup on Sunday.
The civilian series returned for its third year on ITV2 this weekend, but this year the show came packed with more 'notable' names.
Three of the contestants have already gained a huge following on social media and the most known among them is TikTok influencer, Elsa-Rae, 21.
The social media personality, 21, who was born in Essex, shot to public fame during her controversial three-year romance with internet personality Ed Matthews.
When Elsa was involved with Ed, she appeared alongside him on social media on and now has over 300,000 followers of her own accounts.
Emily Hewertson is also a prominent figure on social media as a leading political influencer as he has amassed over 160,000 fans on X.

She is also a regular political contributor on TV as she appeared on news outlets such as GB News and Talk.
And another social media star is Zelah Glasson, 25, who has accumulated 85,000 followers as a transgender influencer on TikTok.
He has shared his journey with his thousands of followers as he provides regular insights into his lifestyle and fitness hobbies.
But the decision to include popular names has not been welcomes by show's viewers as they believed that no one should have an online following prior to going on the show.
After the live launch, one viewer penned: 'So Elsa and Emily both have big social media followings… it's a bit like a cbbuk hybrid going on here.'
'Elsa has like 300k followers on tik tok. Is big brother going to ever get the memo that we want normal folk? That Emily has also got loads of followers on here as well.'
'Big Brother were doing a little tooooo well with the casting this series i knew they'd eventually ruin it and they did by casting an influencer.'
'Omfg… Elsa????? She's a well known influencer why's she on the normal version.'

And while Emily may be popular online, she did not seem to win the hearts of the show's fans on her arrival.
Fans have branded new housemate Emily 'the villain of the series,' after she openly flaunted her Conservative status.
After stepping out of the show's classic black four by four, she was greeted with disappointment from the crowd after her opening VT didn't please the crowds.
The political influencer has already amassed a huge following online and has she spoken publicly about her career and personal life, including in her VT.
Emily said in her introduction video: 'I work for a political events company in Westminster and I joined the Conservative Party when I was 16.

'I've been for Christmas drinks at Boris Johnson's house. He's just like a big teddy bear to be honest.
'I'm always losing my passport and I went through three sets of keys in six months. I'm probably more single than I've ever been.
'I am absolutely gagging for a husband.'
But it seemed that the Big Brother audience was already not a fan as she stepped out the car to a sea of boos.
The internet personality, who boasts over 160,000 followers on X, was caught in a social media storm ahead of entering the house when she was falsely accused for throwing a milkshake at Reform leader, Nigel Farage.
Emily was mistakenly believed to be the girl who threw the drink at the politician back in 2024 before it was confirmed to be Victoria Thomas-Bowe.
Big Brother continues on Monday at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
Dani Dyer shares first glimpse of fractured ankle that forced her to quit Strictly as posts update on ’emotional week’ liennhi

DANI Dyer has shared the first glimpse of the fractured ankle that forced her to quit Strictly as she posted an update on her 'emotional week'.
The Love Island winner had been preparing to dance a Quickstep with pro-partner Nikita Kuzmin on Saturday's live show when she fell in rehearsals and fractured her ankle.

It meant she had to quit Strictly, and she was replaced at the eleventh hour by fellow former Islander-turned West End star, Amber Davies.
Amber and Nikita danced a Waltz on the first live show and finished third on the leaderboard, and a day later, Dani took to Instagram to share an update with fans about her emotional week.
She captioned her pictures: "It’s been a lazy.. emotional week.
"I was so excited for this side of the year but it really hasn’t ended the way I wanted it too.. taking everyday as it comes whilst my annoying foot gets better."
The first snap was of Dani in a comfy casual top, her hair loose around her shoulders and a pair of stylish glasses on her face.
She also shared pictures of the little luxuries she had around her to
Dani also shared the first glimpse of her left ankle propped up on a cushion, encased in black protective strapping with her perfectly pedicured toes sticking out.
She also shared a picture of her children playing with her toys, and husband Jarrod Bowen feeding one of their daughters.
Dani left Strictly on Tuesday, following the painful injury in training the previous Friday.
A "heartbroken" Dani confirmed the news with a statement, after being told by doctors that she'd be unable to dance.
It read: "I had a fall on Friday in rehearsals and landed funny.
"I thought I had rolled my foot but it swelled up badly over the weekend and after an MRI scan yesterday, it turns out I have fractured my ankle."
Dani continued: "Apparently doing the Quickstep on a fracture is not advisable and the doctors have said I am not allowed to dance, so I've had to pull out of the show.
"To say I'm heartbroken is the biggest understatement.
