GOGGLEBOX’S Amy Tapper showed off incredible seven stone weight loss as she stripped off to swimwear.
The 25-year-old reality favourite looked confident and radiant as she posed in a flattering one-piece.
Amy, who shot to fame alongside her family on the Channel 4 series, has been open about her fitness journey over the years, previously revealing how she completely overhauled her lifestyle with healthier eating habits and regular exercise.
She had dropped three dress sizes in a year as she shared a comparison snap – going from a size 26 to a size 18 in just 12 months.
The Channel 4 star then revealed she shed the pounds with the controversial Mounjaro jab.
Taking to Instagram, Amy posed for a mirror snap on a balcony wearing a black swimsuit, sunglasses and her hair styled in a messy bun.
She wrote in the caption: “Mirror Mirror on the wall…”

She displayed her legs in the short black dress as she posed before the night out.
The reality star stunned in a black mini dress with a mesh skirt and a cherry red long wig.
She previously told The Sun: “Trying to lose weight became my full-time job.
“I found that pressurising as well, because I knew the way my body worked.
“Once I got over that 3st mark, it would take me a month to lose another pound.
“I’ve been on these injections for a year now and I’ve lost 7st.
“I’m not sure what my BMI was exactly but I was definitely considered morbidly obese.
“I’m fitting into size 18 clothes for the first time since I was 15 or 16 – it’s hard for me to believe.
“It’s changed my life. I went to the theatre the other night and when I sat down, my thighs weren’t touching the person next to me, or the sides of the chairs. I had room.”
Before turning to fat jabs, Amy revealed she’d already shed six stone through sheer determination – swapping takeaways for healthy meals and taking up boxing to boost her fitness.
She first found fame with her family on Gogglebox back in 2013 – but quit the Channel 4 show five years later.
Since then, she has been proudly documenting her weight loss journey on Instagram.
The TV favourite regularly shares clips of herself lifting weights, boxing and hitting the gym, keeping fans updated as she smashes her goals.
In April, Amy became emotional as she stepped on the scales and discovered she’d lost an incredible six stone, bursting into cheers and jumping for joy alongside her personal trainer.
Sharing the touching moment, she wrote: “Wow wow wow, six stone down!! I cannot believe it — I am so proud of myself. I promise I’ll share more of my journey soon, there’s just so much to say. Here’s to the next stone and more!”
She went on to thank her trainer, calling them “not only my PT, but a true friend and therapist” and adding, “I couldn’t do any of this without your ongoing support.”
Brett Leason Clears NHL Waivers and Heads to AHL’s Hershey Bears trucc

The Hershey Bears will soon be joined by a familiar face.
Brett Leason cleared NHL waivers on Tuesday afternoon and was immediately assigned by the Washington Capitals to the Bears. Leason, a former Bears player for parts of three seasons, was signed by the Caps to a one-year, two-way contract on Monday morning.
Leason, 26, formerly spent three seasons in the Capitals organization after the team selected him in the second round, 56th overall, in the 2019 NHL Draft.
The Calgary native posted 47 points (18g, 29a) in 114 games for the Hershey Bears from 2019 through 2022 and chipped in six points (3g, 3a) in 36 NHL games with the Capitals during the 2021-22 season.
The next fall, the Capitals lost Leason to a waiver claim by the Anaheim Ducks on October 10, 2022. He would go on to play the next three seasons for the Ducks, posting 48 points (22g, 26a) in 184 games, which included a career-best season of 22 points (11g, 11a) during the 2023-24 campaign.
Hershey’s next game is on Wednesday night against the Bridgeport Islanders. The team is currently dealing with a rash of injuries, which could mean Leason is thrust into immediate action under head coach Derek King.
